Supervision

Supervision is more than checking boxes - it’s about growing into the kind of therapist you want to become. As an LPC-S, I provide supportive, collaborative, and reflective supervision for LPC Associates anywhere in Texas.

With me, you can expect:

• A warm, engaged space where questions are welcomed and exploration is encouraged

• Honest, constructive feedback with an emphasis on growth

• Attention to “self-of-the-therapist” work alongside clinical skills

• Respect for how your cultural background, lived experiences, and values shape your work as a counselor

• Open dialogue about race, gender, class, ability, and systemic factors that impact both you and your clients

• A trauma-informed, feminist, and social justice lens woven into case discussions

• Guidance that integrates trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and equity-centered frameworks

• Support navigating both the clinical and systemic challenges of our field

Fees:

• Individual supervision: $125 / hour

• Group supervision (if available): $100 / hour per person

• All supervision is offered virtually to Associates residing in Texas.

• I know finances can sometimes be a barrier, especially early in your career. If the listed fees feel out of reach, let’s talk - I'm open to a conversation about whether a reduced fee is possible.
